To breathe, to speak, to walk, to be this incredible God that I am, the miracle of things, even the smallest things, that which is spiritual in things, I sing to the sun in the morning and in the afternoon, and as now in the west... I tremble and am moved by the beauty and the wisdom of the earth, and by all the things that grow upon the earth, and I believe that a blade of grass is no less than a day's work of the stars, and I say that nature is eternal, joy is eternal, I see no imperfection in the universe, I see no cause where the result, in the end, is bad, and to the question that is repeated... what is good in all this?
The answer is that: you are here, that life exists, that you are alive, that this magical spectacle continues and that you can contribute to it with your verse, and because love 'kiss' with the meaning of all things, happiness...yes, happiness...seek it, every day, continuously, even whoever is listening to me now...let them set out in search of happiness, now...at this moment, because you have it, it is with you, because it was given to all of us, it was given to us in drops when we were little, and this is such a beautiful gift that we have hidden it, just like a dog does with a bone, and some of us have hidden it so well that they don't remember where they hid it, but we have it, you have it...check every place, in every drawer, in every corner of your soul, throw everything in the air, and you will see it come out.
Happiness exists, we should always think about happiness and if sometimes it forgets us, we should never forget it until, on the last day of our lives...we must say yes to life, we must say to life a YES so complete that it has the strength to overturn all the NOs...and what we understand is that there is a great mystery and that we must accept life as it is and that what impresses us most in the world is life...life that moves forward and that we do not understand how it manages to do so...yes, how does it manage to resist?
But how do you endure all this?
This is also a great mystery and no one has yet understood it...because life is much more than what we can understand...that's why it manages to resist...if life were only what we understand, it would have ended a long, long time ago, and we understand that from moment to moment something infinite can happen to us...be happy, and remember happiness should not cost much, because if it costs a lot it is not of a good quality...and to transmit happiness, you must be happy...even to transmit pain, you must be happy...be happy...you must understand, suffer, do not be afraid of suffering..the whole world suffers...
