The ongoing demand of urban urban transport operators for personalized subscriptions, starting from 1 July, will be realized concretely. Next month, the monthly reconciliation ticket format will change, adding, besides the actual data, the photo and ID of the person who owns it.
From yesterday, June 15, the transport operators have posted in the interior of the urban areas a new format announcement along with the ones that the citizens must have with them to buy the subscription of the following month: ID card and personal file 2.5 cmx 2.5 cm, to be attached to the accessory. The decision in question has aroused dissatisfaction with families where a pass is used by more than one person.
The condition that every month's subscription must have the photo, in fact, started last July, but soon withdrew after being abusive. A year later, it becomes lawful with an instruction by the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Damian Gjiknuri, which has entered into force on 9 May, while implementation starts on July 1st.

In Guideline No.436, dated 04.05.2018, for some changes to Guideline No. 3743, dated 10.07.2017 "On the Models and Standards of Road Ticket Passengers", prepaid priced paper tickets will vary according to the photo enclosing the script. At the top of the subscription will be marked the Republic of Albania, Ministry of Finance and Economy, General Tax Directorate and the security tape, which certifies that the subscription is not false. Between the ticket will be the month of validity, the Municipality of Tirana, the type of transport, the place to be filled in by name and surname and user's photograph. The Instruction also defines more detailed data that will be reflected on the ticket: the ticket price, its type (general / online or student) the month in writing and the year of natural numbers. But not just so, on its right will be marked ID number, serial number of the ticket and the printing press, Tirana.
