Strong quake earthquakes have felt a few minutes earlier in the capital. The shifts have continued for a few seconds, causing panic to residents who are starting to emerge from the benches.
The term is felt in other cities, Laç, Tirana, Kukes, etc. According to preliminary estimates from the European Center for Seismology, the earthquake was magnitude 6 and 10 km deep. The epicenter was in the north-east of Tirana, and 9km east of Burrel.
