The cafes have returned to the favorite country of Albanians for many years already, but above all, in recent years this "fixation" for cafes has been emphasized even more. It seems as if sitting in the cafe bar is the only way to spend leisure time, and is often seen as the only fun opportunity to spend very little. But without realizing the cities of Albania are filled with coffee bars and even though people complain that they have no money, we again see the overflowing premises at every hour of the day. The cafes have returned to places for fun, but also for work, places of relaxation, places where talk about jokes and joys, but also in flirting places.
