Andrea Ivanova from Bulgaria is only 22 years old, but she has had 20 injections to have the largest lips in the world.

Ivanova underwent her last operation on April 28 after injecting hyaluronic acid into her lips for the first time two years ago.
" I love my lips, " Ivanova said. "But I'm not sure if they're the biggest lips in the world."
The 22-year-old regularly posts images of herself with Barbie dolls nearby on social media.
As she said after the last intervention, she has to wait another two months to undergo lip augmentation surgery again. "I feel good, but some doctors think they are enough, but I still want bigger lips," she said. "The doctor told me I had to wait at least two months for the injections again."
