Cats are known to be independent pets, but that doesn't mean they don't show love or care for their owners. Cats differ from dogs as they have a colder heart, but they also have their own ways of showing love. If you have cats at home, you probably know that they always wait for you at sea when you go home. This is sometimes weird, but there are reasons why cats are able to know when to go home:
They can hear you
No wonder your cat knows exactly when to move into your home, they have great hearing. Cats can detect a wide range of frequencies and hear sounds higher than humans. So when you park in your garage or take the elevator, they know because they hear you. This leads us to why your cat is at the door when you get home.
They know your routine
In addition to listening to them, cats have another trick they use to figure out exactly when you are returning home. They have a good sense of timing, which means that cats can figure out when to return home. Routine is something that makes sense to them, so they know the time of your arrival, especially if you have a consistent schedule that they can learn from.

They want your love
Usually when we have pets at home, we pay attention or treat them, especially if we have spent long hours away from them. It is perfectly normal to give this extra piece of love and care when you arrive home, and they love it.

They want food
As well as wanting to spend more time with you, cats may have something else in mind, such as food. They are well behaved during the day, so they deserve to be treated to delicious things and therefore await you at the door.
